Jenn DeBarge Goonan

Jenn is a communications expert with over 15 years’ experience working alongside the most respected consumer brands and non-profits including Ben & Jerry’s, lululemon athletica, Operation Warm, FIRST, OrthoLite, Bosch Community Fund and the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation.

Her breadth of experience includes strategic planning for new product and service introductions, non-profit programming, influencer engagement, thought leadership positioning which have built stronger brand engagement and affinity in the marketplace. At Rocket, Jenn leads communications work for Bosch Community Fund, Total Brain and REC Foundation. She manages message development, creating story and media angles and creating unique partnerships to increase awareness and engagement with her clients’ programs.

For FIRST, she led the highly successful communications campaign to increase awareness and participation in FIRST program across the United States. Jenn led the team in message development, communications strategy and leveraging educators to become powerful advocates to tell the FIRST story through social media and media relations.
Additionally, Jenn was the company spokesperson for Marshalls and T.J. Maxx where she also led marketing efforts for more than 1,000 stores in the US. She was extremely active with elevating the brands social impact by gaining awareness and raising substantial funds for domestic violence prevention through its distribution centers, headquarters and stores.

Earlier in her career, Jenn partnered with Timberland and New Balance to manage a broad range of marketing communication initiatives, such as developing product and cause marketing campaigns along with executing content creation, media and influencer relations.
