William Blair came to Rocket on a mission to create a signature social impact program that engaged key employee and community audiences and aligned to their brand and its values.
Strategy
Rocket created a signature program, Capital Collective, to activate employees and amplify William Blair’s commitment to community. We developed the program to focus on empowerment through education, inspiration, and access to various types of capital to launch, grow and scale individuals’ personal wealth ventures.
Results
We are proud to say that Rocket:
• Anticipates 2-3X higher rate of employee engagement YoY
• Supported the William Blair team in hiring a full-time employee dedicated to execution and program support
