Private equity firm Roark Capital partnered with Rocket on a challenge— create a compelling and focused community strategy and program for the firm that would result in measurable impact and true change.
Strategy
After researching the most pressing community needs and Roark’s unique assets including their Core Values which are the cornerstone of their culture, Rocket worked with Roark to develop Change The Equation, Roark’s direct impact platform. The initiative seeks to uplift, educate and empower children and teens to reach their fullest potential. This is done by providing support to innovative area nonprofit organizations that provide wrap-around services during critical moments of a child’s academic growth both inside and outside the classroom. This intervention and increase of access and opportunity is aimed to change the trajectory of kid’s lives.
Result
Roark is supporting four Atlanta non-profits that will provide services to over 30,000 children.
