Coca-Cola came to Rocket on a mission to rebrand their employee volunteerism program across North America.



Rocket created Community Konnect, an evergreen, Coca-Cola branded employee volunteerism program. The program is comprised of four employee activations that align with key moments throughout the year, such as Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, to maximize impact and engagement. From strategy to implementation, we worked to ensure Community Konnect was set up for a successful launch with a clear plan to grow.



We are proud to say that these key results drove the successful re-branding of Coca-Cola’s employee volunteerism program and are expected to increase over the next few years. These efforts:
• Activated 60+ new nonprofit partners
• Engaged over 500 associates
• Sparked 14X YOY increase in company-wide volunteer hours
