Social impact is a great way for brands to engage consumer and employee audiences but what key tactics are really getting these groups’ attention?

One way to authentically engage customers and employees alike is to give them a say in what causes and nonprofits a brand supports. We’re beginning to see this “crowdsourcing approach” to social impact more and more, through voting and nomination programs. These initiatives are being leveraged as a way to deepen relationships with customers and make social impact more personal.
