Shutterfly came to Rocket on a mission to create an evergreen signature program that would activate employees and support initiatives that align with the Shutterfly family of brands.
LIFT OFF
Rocket developed the strategy for Shutterfly’s signature program rooted in inclusion, Open Door Project, to help open doors to support communities that need it most. As part of our support services we provided the program’s branded name, key messaging, a YOY growth plan, annual partnerships plan, volunteer opportunities, campaign activations, trackable KPI’s, and calendar of signature program moments in time.
