Coca-Cola came to Rocket on a mission to rebrand their employee volunteerism program across North America.
THE MISSION
Rocket created Community Konnect, an evergreen, Coca-Cola branded employee volunteerism program. The program is comprised of four employee activations that align with key moments throughout the year, such as Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, to maximize impact and engagement.
From strategy to implementation, we worked to ensure Community Konnect was set up for a successful launch with a clear plan to grow. As part of our support services we provided the program’s branded name, key messaging, a YOY growth plan, volunteer opportunities, trackable KPI’s, social assets, and an incentives program blueprint.
